If you are reading this, chances are, that you are exploring the option of mediation.
In your own (or your client's) dispute you essentially have three options available for resolution:
Power Options such as physical, structural, social or economic violence - not really a viable option.

Parties (you) remain in control of the outcome. In litigation / Arbitration you can never know how things will turn out i.e.
you have zero to little control over the end result.

parties in working to satisfy their results and emotional & procedural interests.

Meet our Executive Partner:
University Training: Marius Croeser has completed specialized postgraduate programs at York University in Mediation
& Negotiations (over 125 hours). He holds a Masters degree in Theology/Philosophy and has completed all the academic courses for a Masters Degree in Commerce (with Commercial Law & Organizational
Behaviour). In addition he holds a BA degree in Economics, BTh degree and a LTh (Hons) Cum Laude. Awarded Ph.D. (Honorary Doctor of Philosophy).
Professional: Marius Croeser started his carreer with Coupers & Lybrandt and then took a full-time position as Senior Lecturer at Rosebank College.
Thereafter he held positions as General Manager, VP and President with Canadian corporations. Currently he provides leadership as Executive Partner with
Board of Mediators and is a mediation practitioner. Marius has appeared on TV (Board of Trade etc.) and has been invited to speak to various groups in
Canada, UK and Africa.
Mediation: Marius Croeser is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (Ontario chapter).
His specializes in family mediation, not for profit or faith based organizations and individual/family counselling.
He subscribes to the Harvard Interest Based Model however, as situations allow, supplements deficiencies in this model with elements
from postmodernist thought (including the Narrative School of Mediation).
Personal: Marius and his wife reside in Markham. They are committed parents to 4 children (ages 12 to 18).
