Who should apply to be a BoM partner? Individuals who:
Hold a Masters Degree or Equivalent (e.g. B.A. + L.L.B.)
Received specialized post-graduate mediation training
Member in good standing with at least one recognized Mediation Body
Willing to complete an independent Behavioural Profile Assessment
10+ Years of work experience
Submit 2 supervisor & 2 past client/customer references
Willing to be interviewed by Board of Mediators senior partners
